Robert Richardson and the #23 Mahindra Tractors Chevy team will have some extra colors on their R3 Motorsports entry this weekend. Through a gentleman by the name of James Lupo, the Stock Car Gourmet, the team is carrying the familiar sneakers of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. As a special guest of Lupo and the team, Nicholas Holland, 11, will be serving as an honorary team member for Friday night’s NASCAR Nationwide Series event. Mahindra Tractors supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and freed up a spot on the #23 Mahindra Tractors Chevy in support of the cause.(R3 Motorsports PR)(7-1-2009)
