This being the first race for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Chicagoland, Goodyear has brought a speedway tire set-up that teams should be very familiar with . . . this is the same combination of left- and right-side tires that Truck Series teams run at Texas and Homestead in 2008-2009 . . . this left-side code (D-4134) has also been run by teams in this series at Dover, Michigan and Kentucky throughout the last two seasons . . . this is the same tire combination that NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide teams ran at Chicagoland in July . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Chicagoland . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.(Goodyear PR) [Complete specs are posted on the Chicagoland Race Page.](8-28-2009)
