Elliott Sadler, driver of the #19 Stanley Dodge/Ford for Richard Petty Motorsports, is providing a helping hand to assist a Habitat for Humanity home build for a Birmingham, Ala. family before heading to Talladega Superspeedway for the Nov. 1 Sprint Cup Series race weekend. The Habitat for Humanity build is taking place Thursday, Oct. 29 from 1-3 p.m. at 4900 Michigan Ave., Birmingham, Ala. Sadler is encouraging race fans interesting in lending a hand to stop by. Sadler, a 34-year old native of Emporia, Va., is showing his support on behalf of sponsor Stanley and partner Do It Best. Sadler comments: Im excited for the chance to help build a family a place to call home. Habitat for Humanity does great work all over the country and its for such a great cause. Ive been able to help on a couple of builds over the last couple years and its something that I really enjoy.
