Piquet to test again for RHR UPDATE 2 RHR trying to put program together for full season:

Ex-Formula One driver Nelson Piquet Jr is scheduled for a second truck test with Red Horse Racing on Jan. 13-14 at New Smyrna Speedway. Piquet might run the truck series’ season opener at Daytona International Speedway even if he returns to F1, where he is mulling an offer. Running the full truck season also is a possibility for Piquet, who will be joined at the truck test by two-time Porsche Cup GT3 champion Miguel Paludo.(USAToday)(12-12-2009)
UPDATE: Former Renault Formula One driver Nelson Piquet Jr. said Tuesday he is moving to NASCAR. Piquet Jr. said that after his “first 18 months in F1 did not go as planned I have decided to focus on something different and have chosen to take a route in America.” NASCAR will be the “ultimate challenge,” Piquet Jr. said. Speedway on Wednesday and the team is looking for sponsorship for him to run the full Camping World Truck Series campaign, team owner Tom DeLoach said. We think he has a lot of talent, and were interested in him, and were trying to put everything together, DeLoach said in a phone interview.
