Starting at Atlanta the 2010 Census will take over as primary sponsor of Greg Biffle’s #16 Roush Fenway Racing Ford for three races [Atlanta, Bristol and Martinsville]. For every one percent increase in census mail response, taxpayers will save an estimated $85 million. Those funds would otherwise be required to send census takers to collect responses in person from households that don’t mail back the form.
