Whitney Motorsports facebook page reports “We have a 4-race sponsor deal with major sponsor. Tracks are, Daytona, Brickyard, Phoenix, and Homestead-Miami.” J.J. Yeley currently drives the #46 Dodge for Whitney Motorsports. No word on who the sponsor is. Also the #09 Chevy that Terry Cook is driving for Phoenix Racing is listed as the Whitney Motorsports Chevrolet on the entry list. The #09 team is up for sale, no word if Whitney Motorsports has bought it.(6-4-2010)
UPDATE: been told by a Whitney Motorsports rep. that they have not bought the #09 Phoenix Racing team and have no plans to do so.(6-7-2010)
