There was some rain in the area but didn’t impact the track during the session. Arica Almirola again jumped in the #48 for Jimmie Johnson to get a few laps in, but there’s still no updated baby news.
incidents: #6-Ragan got loose in turn 4 and was hit in the rear by #18-Busch. #9-Kahne also got some damage and all three will go to a backup.
