You can now drive North Carolina highways with Dale Earnhardt along for the ride. Race Plate Marketing LLC and NASCAR have announced the creation of a commemorative NASCAR Hall of Fame licensed plate in North Carolina to honor Earnhardt, one of five people to make up the Hall’s inaugural class.
