Sponsor Aaron’s will be on the car for 18 of those Cup races in 2011 as it enters the third year of a three-year contract. UPDATE: David Reutimann says he has a “handshake deal” to remain at Michael Waltrip Racing. Reutimann, who has driven in Cup for the team since its arrival to the series in 2007, said Friday that it was a multi-year deal. “I haven’t signed anything,” Reutimann said following Sprint Cup Series practice at Daytona International Speedway. “We’ve got a handshake deal basically, a verbal agreement, of what we’re going to do.” “We’ve been working on the contract for about a month,” MWR General Manager Ty Norris said. “Basically, all the elements are done as far as we’re concerned.”(Scene Daily)(7-2-2010)
