Bass Pro Shops and Earnhardt Ganassi Racing will be honoring racing legend Dale Earnhardt’s induction into the NASCAR Hall of Fame at this weekend’s race at Talladega Superspeedway. The Bass Pro Shops #1 Chevy will feature the same design and black and gold paint scheme that was first used by Earnhardt in the 1998 All Star Race and was a salute to conservation and the American outdoorsman. Bass Pro Shops driver Jamie McMurray will drive the car that commemorates the 10th anniversary of Dale’s 76th and last Cup victory at Talladega before his untimely death.
