An initial hearing was postponed Friday for Rusty Wallace Racing driver #62-Michael Annett, who faces charges of driving while impaired. Annett’s lawyer requested the case be continued, and Annett now has an April 29 court date in North Carolina District Court in Statesville, according to the clerk of courts office. The hearing is for Annett to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty. Annett did not deny the charges during interview at Daytona Feb. 12. (Scene Daily)(3-18-2011)
