*Clint Bowyer won the O’Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas Speedway on Saturday, his third Camping World Truck Series victory in his 11th start. His most recent series win came at Phoenix in November, two starts ago. This was his first win at Kansas in his first start and his first win of any kind at Kansas, where he has finished second in both the Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series.
*This was the 400th race in series history.
*Bowyer is the fifth different series winner of 2011, and there has been no repeat race winner at Kansas in the track’s 11 series races.
*All 11 races at Kansas have been won from a top-10 starting position. Bowyer started second and led five times for 124 laps, including the final 46.
*Bowyer’s victory was the 34th career win for Kevin Harvick Inc., and the team’s first win of 2011. KHI won for the second time at Kansas. Ron Hornaday Jr. took the checkers in 2008. This was the fifth victory for Chevrolet at Kansas, the most of any manufacturer. Chevy went to Victory Lane for the second time in 2011.
*Johnny Sauter (second) has earned top-10 finishes in six of the past seven races. He takes the points lead by 12 over Cole Whitt, who finished 15th after a Lap 55 speeding penalty.
*Todd Bodine (third) earned only his second top-10 finish this season.
*James Buescher (fourth) has posted top-10 finishes in six of his seven starts in 2011 and four top-5s.
*Joey Coulter (fifth) had his best career finish in his eighth start after overcoming a Lap 112 speeding penalty.
*Kyle Busch (sixth) had his first finish outside the top five in his past 12 starts, the last one coming at Kentucky in September.
