With sixteen races down and nine to go, David Starr is holding steady in eleventh place in the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series points standings, but that is not where the team hopes to be when the season closes in Miami in November. Starr and the SS Green Light Racing team are looking forward to making the move into the top-ten in Friday night at the Atlanta Motor Speedway; one of the fastest tracks the series visits each season. The familiar black and green colors of Zachry will return to the No. 81 Toyota Tundra for the Atlanta 200. The Texas based-company will have a large contingent of employees visiting the track to support Starr and the SS Green Light Racing team. The Atlanta 200 is the 262nd consecutive NCWTS start for the SS Green Light Racing team and the 282nd career start for Starr in the Truck Series. David has four victories, 47 top-fives and 114 top-tens through his 14-year career including two top-fives and seven top-tens so far in 2011.(SS Green Light Racing PR)(8-31-2011)
