David Starr and the SS Green Light Racing team have had a roller coaster season through twenty races so far in the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season. With just five races remaining, Starr finds himself twelfth in the driver standings twenty-six points out of the top-ten and the veteran driver knows it’s time to rally beginning this week at Las Vegas and make a move toward the top-ten, a goal the team set before the season’s first race in Daytona. In 2002 David won both the pole and the Las Vegas 350 race at the mile and a half speedway just outside of Sin City. In eleven previous NCWTS races at Las Vegas David has accumulated three top-fives and five top-ten finishes. Allegro Marinade will provide associate sponsorship on Starr’s #81 Zachry Toyota this week at Las Vegas. Veteran Butch Miller who will pilot the Riviera Hotel & Casino/Stony Creek Appliance Repair #07. The Riviera Hotel & Casino will be the official hotel of the SS Green Light Racing teams for this week’s Smiths 350.
