Peters & RHR set for 2012; still looking for add’l sponsors:

The lack of funding for the #17 Red Horse Racing team has been especially noticeable, as the truck has been without primary sponsorship in eight of the NCWTS’ 21 races. But as bigger teams like Kevin Harvick, Inc. and Germain Racing trim back or fall to the wayside, Peters says his 2012 plans are mostly in place. “I look forward to being back with Red Horse Racing next year,” Peter told News/Talk WSB Tuesday. “Service Central came on board with us a couple of weeks ago and for five more races this year and 10 next year. [Team owner] Tom [DeLoach] has been in this sport for quite some time and hasn’t had many sponsors. That says a lot about a man who cares about his race team and knows he has a great product here.” There still is room for funding, however, Peters says. Peters also says he thinks the #7 team and rookie Miguel Paludo are likely to remain together for 2012 as well.(WSBradio.com)(10-19-2011)
