Red Horse Racing added a driver to the truck lineup for the 2012 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season with rookie of the year contender John King behind the wheel of the #7 Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra. The Fort Blackmore, Va., native made seven starts in the Truck Series, most recently in 2011 at Kentucky Speedway in October. The 23 year-old driver has a career-best finish of 15th, which he earned in his Truck Series debut in 2010 at Bristol. The young driver began his racing career in the Fastrak and StormPay.com Sanctioned Crate Late Model Series during the 2006 and 2007 season. In 2009, he was a part of the Bill Elliott Driver Development program competing in UARA-STARS Late Model Series. King is slated to appear on NASCAR Race Hub on SPEEDtv on Wednesday, February 8th.
