Musgrave spotter for Hornaday at Martinsville and more:

Ron Hornaday Jr., driving the #9 Chevrolet for Joe Denette Motorsports, has a new spotter for Martinsville. Ted Musgrave, the 2005 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion, will be Ron Hornaday’s “Eyes in the Sky” at Martinsville. Musgrave, now retired, has 17 series wins. Musgrave is scheduled to be Hornaday’s spotter for eight events including; Martinsville, Rockingham, Dover, Iowa, Chicago, Iowa, Vegas and Martinsville2. Hornaday has raced at 45 different tracks in the NCWTS. Of those tracks, the 54-year-old Truck Series veteran has made the most starts at Martinsville Speedway logging 19 starts and 4163 laps (2,189.7 miles). Some stats: Wins-1; Pole-1; Top 5-10; Top10-13; Laps led-311.
