Paludo to help raise diabetes awareness:

Miguel Paludo is one of 346 million people worldwide who suffer from diabetes. To help raise awareness about diabetes, Paludo will run a special Stop Diabetes decal on bedtop of his Turner Motorsporrts #32 Duroline Brakes and Components Chevrolet this weekend at the Martinsville Speedway. To learn more about helping the cause visit Diabetes.org. Paludo’s finish at the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season opening event at Daytona International Speedway was not indicative of his night. The Brazilian driver captured his first career pole position in addition to leading over half of the event. In his first start for Turner Motorsports, Paludo led 56 laps, which more than doubles the number of laps he has led in his short NASCAR career. In his two starts at Martinsville Speedway, Paludo has completed 100% of the laps he has attempted. He has an average start of 19.0 and an average finish of 14.0.(Turner Motorsports PR)(3-27-2012)
