Green will again sub for McClure: 2000 NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion Jeff Green will continue to sub for the #14 team’s injured primary driver Eric McClure, who is still awaiting for medical clearance to return to NNS competition. McClure said, ‘I am disappointed to not have the opportunity to be back in the car. Although I continue to show improvement, I haven’t progressed quite as quickly as I would have liked. There is no timetable to return, although we will evaluate my status each week. In the meantime, I will be the best teammate I can be to Jeff and TriStar Motorsports and I know that our car is in good hands.â(TMI)(5-23-2012)
