While in Mobile, Ala. for the inaugural Mobile ARCA 200, Cale Gale, driver of the #33-Rheem Chevrolet for Eddie Sharp Racing, showed the crew from SPEED’s NCWTS Setup around his hometown. After rain in Martinsville postponed the original airing of this segment, fans will finally be able to see Gale’s rookie profile. With stops at Gale’s alma mater, a local race-parts store and a former car owner and sponsor, a few funny tales about Gale’s past are sure to arise along with some great memories of growing up racing along the Gulf Coast. The NCWTS Setup from the Monster Mile airs on SPEED at 4:30pm/et on Friday, June 1 just prior to the Lucas Oil 200 broadcast. Gale will make his first career start at Dover International Speedway. With the first five races complete, he is currently ranked third in the Sunoco Raybestos Rookie of the Year standings.
