During the Iowa race broadcast, SPEED’s Ray Dunlap reported that David Starr may not be racing at Chicagoland Speedway on July 21st. Next week would mark Starr’s 300th start in the series, but lack of sponsorship make keep him sidelined for the event.(7-15-2012)
