This week’s 134-lap event marks Dillon’s third appearance at the Sparta, Ky.-based facility. In the June event at the track, the 20-year-old driver earned a third-place result after starting from the fourth position. Dillon made his first career Camping World Truck Series start at the 1.5-mile track in September 2011 where he finished 18th after fuel system issues plagued the team in the later stages of the race. After his second-place finish last weekend at Iowa Speedway, Dillon leads the 2012 Camping World Truck Series driver championship point standings by eight points. He also leads the 2012 Sunoco Rookie of the Year standings by 81 points ahead of driver Cale Gale. Stats: Dillon has earned impressive stats with 15 races complete on the 2012 Camping World Truck Series schedule. According to NASCAR’s Season-to-Date Loop Data Statistics, Dillon leads the series in the Fasteston Restarts, Laps Run in the Top 15 (2,117) and Percentage of Laps Run on Lead Lap (97.03 percent) categories. He ranks second in the Fastest Driver Early in a Run and Average Running Position (8.044) categories.
