David Gilliland signed for the 2013 season to run the #38 FRM Ford, a one year deal, his 4th year with FRM. No sponsors announced yet, usually owner Bob Jenkins pit one of his franchise restuarants on the car, like Long John Silvers. Frank Kerr was hired as Gillilandd crew chief. Hiring Kerr allows Derrick Finley to return full-time to his role of competition director. The team will also continue its relationships with manufacturing partner Ford Racing and engine builder Roush Yates Racing Engines.
