Scott Speed re-signed with Leavine Family Racing to run 24 races in 2013. The team attempted 16 races in 2013, making 15 of them. Wally Rogers returns as the crew chief. Former NFL player Terance Mathis joined Leavine Family Racing as the new Vice President of Marketing. He will work with sponsors while maintaining a presence at NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races this year.
