#22-Joey Logano won the Pure Michigan 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway for his 1st win of 2013 and 3rd career win . It is Loganos first win in 44 races, since Pocono in June 2012. Logano also led the most laps with 52 led of 200. It is the first win for Loganos crew chief, Todd Gordon. Logano becomes the youngest Sprint Cup Series race winner at Michigan at 23 years, 2 months, 24 days. The previous youngest winner was Kurt Busch, 24 years, 10 months, 11 days on 6/15/2003. #29-Harvick finished 2nd followed by #78-Busch, #27-Menard, #15-Bowyer, #9-Ambrose, #5-Kahne, #31-Burton, #16-Biffle & #99-Edwards. Austin Dillon finished 14th in the #14 Chevy. Points leader #48-Johnson, who started from the rear in a backup car, led three laps but lost an engine on lap 54, finishing 40th. Chase drivers #18-Busch & #88-Earnhardt Jr. wrecked, with the #18 finishing 31st and the #88 finishing 36th. There were 20 lead changes among 13 drivers and 9 cautions for 34 yellow flag laps.
