Fox Sports reported on their Twitter that following the race at Talladega Superspeedway, Justin Lofton was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.(10-19-2013) UPDATE: Lofton released a statement on his Twitter about his injury: Justin Lofton was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation following an incident during the race today at Talladega Superspeedway. He has suffered a fractured left thumb and was discharged earlier tonight.
