Of the 18 poles won in 19 races (Richmond qualifying was canceled due to rain), three drivers won from the pole position: #4-Kevin Harvick at Darlington, #48-Jimmie Johnson at Charlotte and #2-Brad Keselowski at Kentucky. Twelve of the 18 finished in the top-five and 15 in the top-ten.
