Harvick has won four races from the pole out of nine previous poles, including winning this race from the pole in 2003. Harvick set the track record in round 1 of group qualifying at 188.889mph.
#24-Gordon is on the outside pole, followed by #2-Keselowski, #31-Newman, #55-Vickers, #14-Stewart, #41-Busch, #12-Montoya, #22-Logano, #5-Kahne, #48-Johnson and #18-Busch.
Missing the race were: #66-Moffitt, #33-Stremme, #29-Crafton.
#43-Almirola smacked the wall during the first round and went to a backup car and will have to start the race from the rear of the field.
#37-Labonte was 43rd fastest and had no owners provisional to use as the team had no attempts, but will use the past champions provisional.
