A post on the Ole Energy Drink Facebook page, says “Olé Energy is going NASCAR and joining Team Kapusta Racing. We are off to the races March 13th, 14th 2015. Add it to your calendar and come see us at Phoenix International Raceway. More details and info coming!” A website for the team says “Team Kapusta Racing is a newly-formed NASCAR Nationwide team that has already made waves in the NASCAR community with its forward-thinking philosophy to the NASCAR Nationwide Series. The team is owned by Milwaukee businessman, Tom Kapusta. Tom and his family have been in the automotive industry for a combined 54 years. A past racer himself, Tom has rubbed fenders with some of Wisconsin’s most notable racers including Matt Kenseth, Scott Wimmer and Travis Kvapil as they carved their early careers in the Wisconsin late model series. Team Kapusta Racing operates out of a state-of-the-art racing facility in Mooresville, North Carolina. A full-service fabrication, race setup and repair area incorporates the shop space, while day-to-day operations of TKR take place in front office space overlooking the busiest motorsports-related industrial park in the country, Lakeside Park.” No other details available yet.
