Michael Jay Thomas, 58 of Jackson, Georgia left this earth on February 1, 2015. He was born on May 4, 1956 in East Point, GA. He worked at Delta Airlines for 32 years, retiring in 2008 having never called in sick. In the 80’s he joined NASCAR working for Bill Elliott and later Richard Childress Racing with driver Dale Earnhardt, Sr. In 1996, he began working with Kawasaki doing demo shows all across the country.
