Per a post on the Carl Long Motorsports Facebook page: “Motorsports Business Management’s [XFINITY teams 13 & 40] main owner”¦driver Derek White will be driving in our #13 Dodge next week at Loudon. Derek is also going to start in his first Cup race. The team Derek is driving for, will put out a press release shortly. Derek will be the first North American native to compete in the Cup series. There are many people in racing with Native Indian bloodlines, however Derek still lives and works on the Kanawake Reserve outside Montréal.”(7-12-2015)
