hearing that JJ Yeley will now be the driver of the #26 Toyota for BK Racing and rookie Jeb Burton will move to BK Racing’s #23 Toyota. The #26 is 44th in owners points, the #23 is 39th. The hope supposedly is that Yeley will be able to better qualify the #26 in on speed and give the rookie Burton a fall back on owners points. Hearing the change will take place for Darlington and stay thru the end of the season. No word if this includes crew chiefs changing. Joe Williams is the crew chief of the #23 and Patrick Donahue is the #26 crew chief.(8-24-2015)
UPDATE: Effective Darlington Raceway weekend, Jeb Burton will be piloting the #23 Toyota with Joe Williams as Crew Chief and JJ Yeley the #26 Toyota with Patrick Donahue as Crew Chief for the remainder of the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Season. Owner Ron Devine commented, “We are trying something different to improve performance for BK Racing.
