NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick and his wife, DeLana Harvick, have sold their 12,000-square-foot Oak Ridge estate for $2.3 million. The mansion, located at 8419 Haw River Road, was sold to Andrew and Becky A. Coney. The Coneys are officers with Powerscreen Mid-Atlantic Inc., a Kernersville supplier of mobile crushing, screening and washing equipment. Tyler Redhead and McAlister in Greensboro represented the sellers. The listing price was originally $3.5 million. The home was listed as having “soaring ceilings on all levels” as well as “European-inspired balconies” and “multiple outdoor living spaces” on 20 acres.
