#18-Kyle Busch can match Tony Stewart’s record for most wins by a Joe Gibbs Racing driver. Before leaving in 2008 to form Stewart-Haas Racing and avoid driving a Toyota, Smoke made 356 starts for Gibbs in more than a decade of racing. He won 33 Cup races and two Cup championships. Busch sits on 32 wins [has 36 total, 4 with Hendrick Motorsports] after his back-to-back victory weekends. And he hit that total in 283 starts, two seasons fewer than Stewart. He is the reigning Cup champion, his first and the first for Toyota. Come Sunday, Busch will be in a good starting position. He goes off fifth, with three Gibbs cars ahead of him on the grid.
