King Autosport and Mario Gosselin announce the addition of JD Davison, an Australian native and Indianapolis 500 driver, to the roster for the Road America 180 Fired Up by Johnsonville. Davison has tasted success at Road America in the past, scoring the GT Pole in the IMSA United Sportscar Series in 2014 and winning the Pirelli World Challenge GT race in 2015. Together they are seeking another strong showing as Davison makes his debut in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. ‘Thank you to Mario and the King Autosport team for the opportunity to make my debut in NASCAR,’ said Davison, driver of the #90 Always Evolving, AERNOW, ReplayXD, Cruz Associates Chevrolet Camaro. ‘I’m really looking forward to being a NASCAR driver for the first time and maximizing all that we have to score the best possible result.’ Gosselin, whom is the regular driver of the #90, is calling the shots as crew chief for Davison this weekend at Road America.
