Chicagoland Speedway announced that Richard Petty will be inducted into the Legends Club this September as part of an action-packed four-day racing weekend for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400, the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup kickoff. Legends Club has featured some of the most storied figures, families and personalities in the sport. This climate-controlled viewing suite offers an intimate setting with an all-inclusive package of beer and wine, plus two meals per day. Since its inception, the Legends Club has honored and recognized some of the most notable drivers in the sport, including Rusty Wallace, Richard Childress, Fred Lorenza, Dale Jarrett and Brett Bodine. On Saturday, Sept. 17 Legends Club will induct Petty, as he accepts his position in Chicagoland Speedway’s history books.
