Austin Dillon will drive the #3 Dow Corning Chevy at Homestead. Dow Corning, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, shares 73 years of history with Dow, as Dow Corning was created in 1943 as a joint venture between Dow and Corning Incorporated.
