As NASCAR fans prepare to arrive at The Last Great Colosseum for the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race, the Bristol Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC) is gearing up for another big race weekend to help raise money for local children.
SCC-Bristol will host numerous fundraising opportunities throughout the race week to benefit thousands of kids in the region. Some of SCC’s opportunities include the Online Auction, Memorabilia Live Auction, Charity Cornhole Classic, NRA Shooting Stars Tournament, SCC Golf Tournament presented by Baker’s Construction Services, 50/50 Raffle presented by Grand Home Furnishings, Red Bucket Brigade and Johnsonville Brats sales.
“The Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race weekend consistently is one of our biggest fundraising times of the year,” said Claudia Byrd, executive director of Speedway Children’s Charities’ Bristol chapter. “These events will help us raise money for local children in need and we’re so thankful for everything that our race fans do to support us and our goals.”
