– From burgers to hot dogs to french fries, there are many classic foods for major sporting events. Bristol Motor Speedway and the team at Levy Motorsports are taking these to the next level for the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race weekend.
New to the lineup at The Last Great Colosseum is the “Throwback Burger,” “Double Dog Y’all” hot dog and the granddaddy of them all, “Gladiator Fries.” All three items will be available at Concessions located just inside Gate 7 near Gordon Terrace, Section H.
“We take a lot of pride in what we do here,” said Jeremiah Clement, executive chef for Levy Motorsports at Bristol Motor Speedway. “This is what the fans enjoy eating, so we try to think outside the box and take the most traditional food we eat here and add a twist to everything.”
The “Throwback Burger” harkens back to simpler times. The double-patty burger comes topped simply with melted cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard and is available for $10.
The “Double Dog Y’all” will be a fan-favorite for the hot dog crowd. Guests will receive two hot dogs served with chili, mustard, onions and cheese with a side of french fries for only $12.
The “Gladiator Fries” will fuel up the fans as they watch NASCAR’s best try to conquer The Last Great Colosseum. This generous helping of french fries comes covered in carnitas and enchilada sauce and topped with cheese, pico de gallo and avocado cream. Fans will want to make sure to grab a fork for this one-of-a-kind delicacy. The “Gladiator Fries” will be available for $12.
