Martin Truex Jr. may not have won last weekend, but his performance earned him the most cup points of any driver. That’s caught the attention of oddsmakers who have now made Truex Jr. the favorite to win the Blue-Emu 400.
Truex Jr. is given +550 odds, or an implied 15.4% chance to win his first race of the season. His biggest competition is expected to come from Chase Elliott who’s given +700 odds, or an implied 12.5% chance to win.
Oddsmakers also believe that Denny Hamlin and current cup leader Ryan Blaney have a decent shot. The two drivers are given +900 odds, or an implied 10% chance to win the race.
