Rodney Childers Expects to Stay With Kevin Harvick Next Season

Asked on Twitter Friday night if he would be returning to the #4 team of Kevin Harvick and Stewart-Haas Racing next season, crew chief Rodney Childress said he wants to stay with Harvick until he’s done racing.

There has been increasing speculation that 2023 will be Harvick’s final season.

Childers completed his 600th race as a crew chief this month at Talladega.  He is currently serving a 4 race suspension for a modification to the deck lid of the #4 at Talladega.  He will return to the pit box next week at Phoenix.
