DGM Racing and Kyle Weatherman are proud to announce Tweaker Energy’s return to the No. 91 Chevrolet Camaro during the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) season. Tweaker Energy will kick off the partnership renewal as the primary sponsor of Weatherman’s No. 91 in back-to-back races at Martinsville Speedway on April 6, and Texas Motor Speedway on April 13.
Tweaker Energy, a leading player in the energy drink market, is excited to rejoin forces with Weatherman during his first full-time season with DGM Racing. In 2023, Tweaker Energy served as Weatherman’s primary sponsor when he was behind the wheel of DGM Racing’s NXS No. 91 at Kansas Speedway and Homestead-Miami Speedway.
“As we continue to introduce new flavors and products to our brand, we’re extremely happy for the opportunity to get back in front of the loyal fans in the NASCAR community,” said Daniel Wells, Tweaker Energy’s VP of Sales. “Kyle has shown a lot of speed the last couple of weeks, and we’re excited to be back with him and build on the momentum with the entire DGM Racing crew over the next two races. Our mutual love for adrenaline makes a NASCAR partnership between Tweaker Energy and Kyle a seamless fit.”
In the first six races of the 2024 season, Weatherman has four finishes of 21st or better and is ranked 21st in Driver’s Points going into this weekend’s race at Martinsville Speedway.
“I couldn’t be more energized to have Tweaker back on board our Chevrolet this season,” Kyle Weatherman said. “Having returning partners means so much to me, my racing career, and the sport as a whole. Together we’re able to perform our best, and I am looking forward to two great weekends together to celebrate their return.”
The Tweaker Energy No. 91 will hit the track in the DUDE Wipes 250 at Martinsville Speedway. The race is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 6. Practice and qualifying will take place at 5:00 p.m ET on Friday, April 5.
Tweaker Energy’s second race of the season will be the Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 at Texas Motor Speedway at 1:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 13. Practice and qualifying will take place Friday at 5:00 p.m. ET. Both races will be televised on FS1.
