Mike Harmon Racing acquires Xfinity Series points from Richard Childress Racing

Mike Harmon Racing has acquired the owner points of the No. 33 Xfinity series car of Richard Childress Racing entering this weekend’s Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway.

By obtaining the points from RCR, which ran one race this season with Kyle Busch at Charlotte Motor Speedway, it bumps Mike Harmon Racing’s No. 74 entry up to 43rd in the owners standings. With 39 cars on the entry list for Kansas, the No. 74 car is slotted ahead of the No. 53 for Joey Gase Motorsports which will be driven by Joey Gase this weekend, as well as the No. 07 car for SS GreenLight Racing with Patrick Emerling scheduled to be behind the wheel.

The No. 74 team has attempted to qualify in 10 events during the 2024 season, but was fast enough to make the show in just three events. The team has a best finish of 35th with Tim Viens at Daytona International Speedway last month.
