Joey Logano set to have longest current Cup Series start streak

By not running this weekends NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Martin Truex Jr will end his consecutive start streak  at 685 (ranked 6th all-time). Joey Logano will now hold the longest active start streak in Cup with his 578th straight race this weekend.

Jeff Gordon holds the all-time consecutive start streak at 797 starts.
