Southern Tier Security, Inc., a leading provider of professional security solutions based in Olean, New York, has joined Garage 66 to field Josh Bilicki in the NASCAR Cup Series No. 66 entry in the Go Bowling at the Glen on Sunday, August 10.

Serving western and central New York, Southern Tier Security is a home-grown company that supplies emergency response services, event management, long-term security solutions, security camera sales/service, and more. They also provide education and training to security guards and other workplace professionals to enhance their safety in emergency response situations.

“Partnering with Garage 66 gives us a unique opportunity to connect with NASCAR fans while showcasing our Southern Tier roots on a national stage,” said Jamie Schneider, Director of National Sales at Southern Tier Security, Inc. “Watkins Glen is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of speed, community, and American tradition. We’re proud to be a part of it.”

Bilicki will be racing in the premier series of NASCAR at Watkins Glen International for the fifth time. The Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin native scored a Top 10 finish at this track in the NASCAR Xfinity Series last year.

“Watkins Glen is one of my favorite tracks on the schedule, and I’m thrilled to be back in the Cup Series with Garage 66,” said Bilicki. “We’ve had strong runs together on road courses this year, and I’m confident we can build on that momentum. I’m also excited to welcome Southern Tier Security to the team. It’s always special to represent a local company at their home track.”

Garage 66 co-owner Carl Long has placed Bilicki behind the wheel for his team’s last three NASCAR Cup Series road and street course races. All three of those entries have resulted in lead lap finishes, including a 21st place finish at the Chicago Street Course
last time out.

“Josh’s road racing background suits the Next Gen platform very well. Southern Tier Security has jumped onboard our car at a great time, as we look to keep the momentum going from Chicago,” said Long.

While Garage 66 will be making its first NASCAR Cup Series attempt at Watkins Glen International, the Statesville, North Carolina operation does have 14 starts in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition at this track, highlighted by a Top 15 finish in its last start. Werner Painting & Services will also ride on Bilicki’s car as an associate sponsor. Based in Rochester, New York, Werner’s is a full-service painting company completely dedicated to client satisfaction. They work in both residential and commercial settings with many types of jobs, including painting in both interior and exterior applications, as well as pressure washing, staining, wall repairs, seasonal gutter cleaning, and more.

NASCAR Cup Series on-track running from the Finger Lakes begins on Saturday, August 9 with practice and qualifying on TruTV at 12:00 pm ET. The 90-lap race goes green just after 2 pm ET on Sunday, August 10, with live broadcast coverage on the USA Network.
