Judge Kenneth Bell conducted the final pre-trial hearing on Wednesday with lawyers from 23XI Racing, Front Row Motorsports, and NASCAR.
The hearing was largely procedural.
The trial is scheduled to start on Monday, December 1 and is expected to run ten days.
Nothing too huge out of court today. A few notes on trial:
-Trial starts Dec. 1
-Both sides think trial can be done in 10 days
-Will pick nine for jury first morning (six plus 3 alternates)
-Among 30-35 witness will be potentially 8 from other teams
