Monty Tipton set for NASCAR Truck Series debut at Indianapolis Raceway Park

Monty Tipton will make his Team Reaume debut this Friday under the lights at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, driving the No. 22 Bare Bones Ford 150 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Tipton is a California-born stock car driver who began his racing career in karting before advancing through the Late Model ranks, where he established himself as a consistent front-runner. In 2023, he finished third in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series standings in Nevada after recording 13 top 10 finishes in 15 starts. Since then, Tipton has continued his progression through the ARCA Menards Series, gaining valuable experience as he continues building his career within NASCAR’s national ranks.

Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park presents a unique challenge for drivers with its tight corners, short straightaways, and historic short-track racing surface. The 0.686-mile oval demands precision, patience, and adaptability throughout the race, providing Tipton an opportunity to showcase his skills while gaining valuable experience in his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut.

Team Reaume continues its 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series campaign with a commitment to developing drivers and providing opportunities for competitors looking to advance their careers. With Tipton joining the No. 22 Ford F-150 lineup, the organization looks forward to another weekend of competition while representing its partners and fans at one of NASCAR’s most historic venues.

Bare Bones will serve as the primary partner aboard Tipton’s No. 22 Ford 150 for Friday night’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. The partnership brings together Bare Bones and Team Reaume on one of motorsports’ biggest stages, providing an opportunity to showcase the brand in front of NASCAR fans across the country. Team Reaume is proud to welcome Bare Bones to the organization and looks forward to representing the brand throughout the race weekend.

“I’m incredibly grateful to Josh Reaume and everyone at Team Reaume for the opportunity to make my NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut with this organization at IRP,” said Tipton. “I’ve been looking forward to getting behind the wheel, and I know this team works hard every week to bring competitive trucks to the track. I’m excited to work with everyone, learn as much as I can, and make the most of this opportunity. Hopefully, we can put together a solid run and bring home a strong finish on Friday night.”

“We’re excited to welcome Monty to Team Reaume for his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at IRP,” said Team Reaume owner Josh Reaume. “He has continued to develop as a driver, and we’re looking forward to working with him and giving him the opportunity to compete on this stage. We’re also proud to have Bare Bones with us this weekend as we showcase their brand on the No. 22 Ford 150.”
