Long-time crew chief Chad Kendrick departs Rackley WAR for Kaulig

Chad Kendrick, a veteran crew chief in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, is heading to Bristol Motor Speedway wearing a new team kit, joining Kaulig Racing as the crew chief of the No. 14 RAM 1500 for Mini Tyrell.

Kendrick has spent several years working as crew chief for Rackley WAR in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, first serving as shot-caller for the No. 25 Chevrolet Silverado with drivers Timothy Peterson, Matt DiBenedetto, and a host of others from 2021 to 2023, before returning to the organization in 2025 to work with Dawson Sutton on the No. 26.

Willie Allen, co-owner of Rackley WAR, will serve as shot-caller for Sutton this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway.
