Brian Rose signed with Bobby Hamilton to drive in the CTS for the 2002 season. Rose ran 15 races in the 2001 season(Middle Tennessee Racing News), no word on sponsor or what will happen with current driver Joe Ruttman. Bill Lester will drive another truck for Hamilton

Bobby Hamilton, hopes to campaign three trucks full time next year. The main concern is finding a sponsor to replace Dana, which is leaving the sport. Hamilton wants to keep Joe Ruttman's [#18] team alive, but a sponsor is paramount. Bill Lester will drive the #8 truck
