Carlos Contreras, driver of the No. 43 Hot Wheels Dodge, slipped and fell on a jack while climbing out of the truck during last Friday's open test session at Nazareth Speedway, landing on his back. He was transported to St. Luke's Hospital where x-rays proved negative
